Never list
A written record of ideas the organisation has deliberately decided not to build, pursue or investigate.
Also known as: not-doing list, do-not-build list, rejected ideas list
A never list records choices that would otherwise disappear into organisational memory.
It should capture what was rejected and enough reasoning to prevent the same idea returning every few months as though it were new. The decision does not need to remain permanent, but reopening it should require changed evidence, not a different person raising it.
