I've built and grown multiple product teams - big (corporate) and small (startups).
My philosophy is that for any business to succeed, it needs teams. Teams need to be motivated, aligned and equipped with the right skills to succeed. That's what I'm great at – from strategy and motivation to execution and crafting individual growth plans.
Currently, I'm a Product Director at HealthShare. Before that, I was Head of Product at Backpocket and led product teams at Brighte and THE ICONIC.
For over three years, I've been mentoring product managers through Startmate, helping them grow into confident, capable product leaders.
If you'd like to learn more about me, take a look at my personal notes and product management write-ups.
🚨 I only coach two PMs at a time. I'm full right now, but if this sounds like something you want, email me - I'll reach out when a spot opens.
If this sounds like something you're interested in, send me an email [email protected]
Thanks, Max
