Objectives and Key Results
A goal-setting framework that pairs a clear objective with measurable results showing whether progress was made.

Objectives and Key Results connect direction with evidence.
The Objective describes what the organisation or team is trying to achieve. It should be clear enough to guide decisions.
Key Results describe the measurable changes that would show progress towards that objective. They should measure results rather than list projects or features.
OKRs become less useful when teams create too many of them, treat every responsibility as a key result or use them as a disguised delivery plan.
