Solve your hardest product calls by borrowing another PM's brain.
You're stuck. Strategy's fuzzy. Stakeholders are messy. You don't need another framework or online course. You need a PM's perspective - fast.
Welcome to the Sounding Board! A private space where PMs share brutal, useful feedback. No fluff. No coaching. Just sharp, honest thinking from someone who gets it.
This is for PMs who:
It's not “mentorship.” It's not “coaching.” It's two PMs helping each other think.
When you're deep in it, advice and courses don't help. But a sharp peer with zero baggage? Yes, please!
This isn't mentorship. It's not therapy. It's a thinking partner - just long enough to get you unstuck.
This circle is small and curated. If you're working through something tough and want in, email [email protected] with a line about your current challenge.
If it's a fit, you're in.

How does it work? When a PM faces a specific challenge, they put together a short one-pager describing the situation and what they'd like input on. Other PMs can see it and volunteer if they think they can help.
Why not just talk to people at work? Sometimes it's not that easy. Maybe there aren't any other product people around, or you don't feel comfortable sharing certain concerns or challenges internally. The Sounding Board for Product Managers offers a safe, external space to talk things through with someone who understands.
Is it remote or in person? It's all remote - usually over Zoom, Meet, or whatever works best for both PMs.
How long is each session? About 15 minutes. Just enough time to get a sharp, useful perspective without turning it into a meeting marathon.
How often does it happen? It's completely ad hoc - whenever someone has a real challenge they want to think through. There's no schedule or commitment.
Is it a group or 1:1 format? Always 1:1. Just two PMs having a real conversation.
Depending on the challenge, though, it doesn't always need to be a live chat - sometimes you'll just get a quick written reply with a sharp, practical solution instead.
What happens after the chat? Nothing formal - take the perspective, use what's helpful, and pay it forward when another PM needs a sounding board.
