The work required to turn an approved product decision into something customers can use.
Also known as: delivery, product development delivery
Product delivery covers the work involved in building, testing, releasing and operating a product change.
It usually involves engineering, design, product and other functions working together to turn an agreed direction into a working product.
Delivery is different from discovery, although the two often happen at the same time. Teams may continue learning and changing scope while something is being built.
